Job summary

Bayside Council in Arncliffe is seeking a hands-on Centre Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation of Arncliffe Youth Centre. You will supervise staff and patrons, ensure safe, efficient delivery of recreational programs, handle bookings and events, and report to the Centre Coordinator.

You will lead training, promote excellent customer service, manage opening/closing, respond to incidents, and coordinate across shifts from early morning to evening.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising staff in a customer service environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver community and sports programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Arncliffe Youth Centre.
• Supervise Recreational Attendants and coordinate activities, bookings and events.
