Zusammenfassung

Mind Australia is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker for the Complex Care program in Sunshine, Melbourne. This permanent part-time role offers 30 hours per week on a 24/7 rotating roster with sleepover shifts.

You will provide person-centred, recovery-oriented supports to adults with psychosocial disability, helping them achieve wellbeing and independent living while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and external services.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Certificate III in Mental Health or related field.
• Experience with psychosocial disability support and group activities.
• Ability to build relationships with families, carers and service providers.
• Understanding of community services and recovery-oriented approaches.
