Smile District Windsor is seeking a friendly, reliable Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Windsor, NSW. This combined role covers front-desk duties and chairside assisting, with on‑the‑job training available for the right candidate.
Experience in a dental setting is preferred but not essential. We value excellent patient care, a positive attitude and strong communication skills to support our dental team and patients.

Smile District Windsor is looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant to join our team.
This is a combined role involving both front-desk reception duties and dental assisting. While previous dental experience would be an advantage, applicants with minimal experience are encouraged to apply. Training and support can be provided to the right person.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in providing great patient care.
Your responsibilities may include:
Welcoming patients and providing a friendly, professional experience
Answering incoming phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
Booking, confirming and managing appointments
Processing payments and assisting with general reception duties
Following up patient enquiries and appointments
Chairside assisting dentists during dental procedures
Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms
Sterilisation and infection-control procedures
Maintaining instruments, equipment and clinical areas
Assisting with general day-to-day operation of the practice
Working closely with dentists and other team members to provide excellent patient care
