Job summary

Smile District Windsor is seeking a friendly, reliable Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Windsor, NSW. This combined role covers front-desk duties and chairside assisting, with on‑the‑job training available for the right candidate.

Experience in a dental setting is preferred but not essential. We value excellent patient care, a positive attitude and strong communication skills to support our dental team and patients.

Qualifications

• Previous dental reception or assisting experience is preferred but not essential.
• Training can be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and providing a friendly, professional experience.
• Answering calls and responding to patient enquiries.
• Booking, confirming and managing appointments.
• Processing payments and assisting with reception duties.
• Chairside assisting dentists during dental procedures.
• Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms.
• Sterilisation and infection-control procedures.
• Maintaining instruments, equipment and clinical areas.
• Assisting with day-to-day operation of the practice.
