Job summary

My Cosmetic Clinic in Crows Nest is seeking a friendly, organised Receptionist to join our team. You will manage day-to-day reception duties, greet patients, handle calls and bookings, and support marketing activities.

A familiarity with Cliniko and Canva is a plus, with opportunities to learn new programs and contribute to digital content. You’ll be part of a growing cosmetic practice with a strong patient focus, offering a varied role across reception, marketing and digital tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy reception, administration or customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident and professional phone manner.
• Strong organisation and ability to multitask.
• Good computer literacy and willingness to learn new programs.
• Interest or experience with Canva, social media or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and create a warm first impression.
• Manage a busy switchboard and appointment book.
• Schedule appointments and process payments.
• Handle patient enquiries by phone, email and in person.
• Update patient records in Cliniko.
• Keep the clinic organised and running smoothly.
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities.
