Job summary

Contour Clinics in Sydney's Crows Nest is seeking an experienced Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to manage the front of house and deliver a premium patient experience. Saturday availability is essential, with a welcoming, professional space focused on efficient clinic operations.

You will be the first point of contact, supporting bookings, payments and patient queries while working closely with the clinical team in a busy cosmetic clinic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in reception, front desk or customer service.
• Experience in cosmetic/medical/health/beauty or retail industry is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a warm, friendly and professional manner
• Manage appointment bookings, scheduling and patient enquiries
• Handle phone calls and email enquiries efficiently
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
• Support doctors and the clinical team with administrative tasks
• Assist with managing the patient journey and maintaining clinic efficiency
• Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organised and presented to a high standard
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout every patient interaction
