Qualifications

• Experience in reception, admin or customer service.

• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to keep things confidential.
• Experience in accounting, legal or professional services, or familiarity with Xero (not essential).

Responsibilities

• Wel coming clients, answering calls and handling enquiries.
• Managing appointments and keeping the office running smoothly.
• Scanning, filing and updating client records.
• Receipting payments, issuing invoices and helping with ATO and ASIC lodgements (training provided).
• Supporting accountants with tax-time paperwork and onboarding new clients.
• Occasional help with social media and client newsletters.

Sky Accountants is a trusted and established accounting firm serving individuals, families, and businesses across Bacchus Marsh and the surrounding Moorabool region. What you'll be doing

You'll be the first person our clients meet, whether they walk through the door or call. Your day will include:
