Job summary

All Saints Skin Clinic Balmain is seeking a warm, professional receptionist to be the first face and voice of the clinic. You will welcome clients, manage appointments and enquiries by phone, email and in person, and guide them through skincare products and treatments to ensure a seamless experience.

You will support retail sales, assist with stock and payments, work with practitioners to keep the clinic running smoothly, and maintain a polished, inviting reception area for lasting client

Qualifications

• Previous reception, concierge or client-facing experience.
• Premium, health, beauty, cosmetic, wellness or luxury service experience preferred.
• A real interest in skincare, cosmetic treatments and aesthetics.
• Confidence discussing products, services and treatment options.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, polished manner.
• Impeccable presentation and attention to detail.
• Strong organisation and the ability to multitask.
• A proactive approach and commitment to exceptional service.
