Responsibilities

• Support, coach and motivate the clinic team to achieve individual and clinic performance targets.
• Conduct daily team briefings and ensure priorities, VIP clients and sales opportunities are clearly communicated.
• Monitor consultant and therapist performance, including KPIs, conversion rates, client retention, rebooking and sales results.
• Identify performance gaps and implement coaching and improvement plans.
• Support onboarding, training and development of new team members.
• Maintain professional presentation, behaviour and service standards across the clinic.
• Support the Clinic Manager in achieving monthly revenue targets and monitor clinic KPIs.
• Assist consultants with complex client consultations, treatment planning and high-value opportunities.
• Coach team on consultation structure, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Ensure every client receives a professional, personalised and consistent experience from consultation through treatment and follow-up.
• Support daily clinic operations, including rostering, stock, reporting and policy compliance.
• Provide regular reporting to Clinic Manager and senior management on revenue and performance.
• Take responsibility for the clinic when the Clinic Manager is unavailable.

Assistant Clinic Manager – Sydney CBD Flagship

As Assistant Clinic Manager, you will work alongside the Clinic Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the clinic. You will be expected to lead from the floor rather than manage purely from behind a desk. This is not simply an administrative management position. A successful premium cosmetic clinic requires a combination of exceptional client experience, strong team leadership, commercial awareness, sales performance and disciplined daily operations.

Key responsibilities

Support, coach and motivate the clinic team to achieve individual and clinic performance targets

Conduct daily team briefings and ensure priorities, appointments, VIP clients and sales opportunities are clearly communicated

Monitor individual consultant and therapist performance, including KPIs, conversion rates, client retention, rebooking and sales results

Identify performance gaps and work with management to implement coaching and improvement plans

Support onboarding, training and development of new team members

Maintain professional presentation, behaviour and service standards across the clinic

Support the Clinic Manager in achieving monthly clinic revenue targets and monitor daily and weekly sales performance against clinic KPIs

Assist consultants with complex client consultations, treatment planning and high-value opportunities

Coach team members on consultation structure, objection handling, treatment recommendations and closing techniques

Ensure every client receives a professional, personalised and consistent experience from consultation through treatment and follow-up

Support the Clinic Manager with daily clinic operations, including staff allocation, workflow, appointment optimisation, treatment room utilisation, rostering support, opening and closing procedures, stock and consumable management, client follow-up, team communication, clinic presentation, operational reporting and internal policies compliance

Provide regular reporting to the Clinic Manager and senior management regarding daily and weekly revenue, team performance, consultation conversion, client retention and rebooking, staff performance issues, client complaints, operational issues, sales opportunities and training requirements

Take responsibility for the clinic when the Clinic Manager is unavailable

About you

Have previous supervisory, assistant management or management experience

Have demonstrated experience leading and motivating a sales or service team

Be commercially minded and comfortable working with KPIs and revenue targets

Have strong sales and consultation skills

Understand how to coach others rather than simply sell personally

Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Be confident dealing with sophisticated and high-value clients

Maintain a polished and professional presentation

Have excellent attention to detail

Be highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities
