Job summary

8 LIMBS Gym in Bondi Junction is seeking an experienced Front of House Receptionist to join our superstar team. The role runs front desk duties, greets members, and supports day-to-day operations in a premium boutique gym offering Muay Thai and Boxing.

Key tasks include class bookings, member tours, responding to emails, payments, till balancing, and general admin. 18 hours per week with the potential to increase; immediate start; Australian work rights required.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in basic admin skills
• At least 6 months of reception or customer service experience
• Experience using Mindbody Online software is a huge bonus

Responsibilities

• Booking members into class
• Showing new members around the gym
• Replying to emails
• Processing payments
• Balancing the till
• Keeping the gym neat and tidy
• General admin
• Calling existing members as part of the community nurture program
• Helping build and maintain an awesome gym culture
