Job summary

Qscan Group is seeking a Receptionist to join our Surfers Paradise team on a full time basis. As the face of our clinic, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients and referrers in a fast-paced environment, seeing between 120 and 150 patients per day so you’ll never be bored!

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Comfortable working with different databases and systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face of the clinic, handling patient registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing and invoicing.
• Operate our booking system efficiently.
• Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting.
