Total Fusion North Wharf is seeking a highly organised Casual Receptionist to join our customer service team. You will be the first point of contact for members, guests and enquiries, representing the TotalFusion brand with warmth and professionalism while managing front desk operations and providing admin support.

In this casual role you will assist with member communications, engagement and account management, greet arrivals, direct enquiries, and support internal teams with admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in Receptionist, Front Desk, or Customer Service.
• Health, fitness, or hospitality environments preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle conversations professionally.

We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and personable Casual Receptionist to join our customer service team. This role is pivotal to delivering an exceptional member experience and ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the business.

As the first point of contact for members, guests, and enquiries, you will represent the TotalFusion brand with warmth and professionalism. You will manage all front desk operations, provide administrative support across departments, and play an active role in member communication, engagement, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all in-person, phone, and digital enquiries
• Greet and welcome members and guests promptly and professionally
• Direct enquiries and visitors to the appropriate team member or department
• Manage and maintain the reception area to ensure it is welcoming, organised, and well-presented at all times
• Manage overdue accounts and liaise with members regarding outstanding balances in a professional and respectful manner
• Conduct service and follow-up calls to members to support re-engagement and retention initiatives
• Support internal teams with administrative and operational tasks as required

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front Desk, or Customer Service role (health, fitness, or hospitality environments highly regarded)
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• High level of professionalism, presentation, and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively multitask, prioritise workload, and confidently handle challenging conversations with professionalism.
