Job summary

TotalFusion Morningside is seeking a passionate receptionist to join our Morningside Customer Service Team. As the face of our brand, you will greet members, manage bookings, check-ins, and handle phone and email queries, delivering premium service in health and wellness.

This full-time role requires energy, polished presentation, and reliability. Shifts start early with 4:15 am, 5:30 am weekends; Australian citizen or permanent working rights required.

• Experience in customer service, front desk, hospitality or wellness is highly regarded.
• Energetic, proactive, and reliable with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

Be the key point of contact for members and guests; you’ll be responsible for:

• Greeting and engaging members with warmth, energy, and professionalism
• Managing bookings, member check-ins, retail sales, and phone/email queries
• Supporting our wider wellness, spa, and fitness departments by ensuring smooth, efficient front-of-house operations
• Maintaining an immaculate presentation of the reception area and shared spaces
• Responding calmly and confidently to member needs or issues
