Job summary

TotalFusion Morningside seeks a hands-on Cafe Manager to lead our Refuel Café, events, and member experience in Brisbane’s premium wellness venue. You will manage daily service on the floor, mentor a hospitality team, oversee food & beverage operations, and uphold our luxury brand standards with a focus on exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Uphold a premium standard of service and presentation aligned with TotalFusion's luxury brand identity.
• Manage financial performance, stock control, supplier relationships, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee menu development, seasonal offerings, and product innovation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, and WHS standards.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance guest experience and operational excellence.

Your Impact:

As Cafe Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our hospitality operations within our Cafe, leading daily service, inspiring your team, and maintaining the premium standard that defines TotalFusion Morningside.

You’ll bring a strong café or restaurant background, a love of coffee and service, and a leadership style that’s both motivating and grounded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all food, beverage, and hospitality operations across our Café.
