TotalFusion Morningside is seeking a passionate receptionist to join our Morningside Customer Service Team. As the face of our brand, you will greet members, manage bookings, check-ins, and handle phone and email queries, delivering premium service in health and wellness.

This full-time role requires energy, polished presentation, and reliability. Shifts start early with 4:15 am, 5:30 am weekends; Australian citizen or permanent working rights required.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, front desk, hospitality or wellness is highly regarded.
• Energetic, proactive, and reliable with excellent communication.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced premium environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and engage members with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage bookings, member check-ins, retail sales, and phone/email queries.
• Support wellness, spa, and fitness departments by ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.
• Maintain an immaculate reception area and shared spaces.
• Respond calmly and confidently to member needs or issues.
