As the face of the brand, you will manage bookings, member check-ins, retail and inquiries, while maintaining a spotless reception area and smooth operations. The role is full-time with early shifts, requiring energy, professionalism and reliability; Australian work rights required.

We’re currently expanding and on the lookout for energetic, polished, and dependable individuals to join our high-performing customer service team. This is a full-time role

Your Role:

Be the key point of contact for members and guests; you’ll be responsible for:

• Greeting and engaging members with warmth, energy, and professionalism
• Managing bookings, member check-ins, retail sales, and phone/email queries
• Supporting our wider wellness, spa, and fitness departments by ensuring smooth, efficient front-of-house operations
• Maintaining an immaculate presentation of the reception area and shared spaces
• Responding calmly and confidently to member needs or issues

Shifts will start at 4:15 am. Weekend shifts will start from 5:30 am
