Job summary

Qscan Group in Bowral is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to support the Bowral and Tahmoor clinics. You will handle face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, payments, and general inquiries to maintain smooth patient flow.

This full-time fixed-term position covers parental leave until approximately 2 April 2027, with Monday–Friday hours across two sites. You will provide excellent customer service, stay organised, and adapt to different databases and systems.

Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist, preferably in medical/healthcare.
• Excellent customer service and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

About the Opportunity

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? Our Medical Reception team in Bowral support a wide variety of patients, speak with our doctors and referrers over the phone, as well as manage phone and computer bookings.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our clinic on a full-time, fixed-term basis covering parental leave until approximately 2 April 2027. You will be required to work between the Bowral and Tahmoor clinics. Working hours are Monday - Friday.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
• Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
• Operate our booking system efficiently.
• Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.

About You
