Job summary

Qscan Group in Australia is seeking a dedicated receptionist to join our Clayfield and Toowong clinics on a full-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling registrations, bookings, triage, and queries with empathy and professionalism.

Experience in radiology or medical reception is highly regarded. You will also manage payments, issue receipts, and support back-office activities to ensure smooth patient care and clinic operations.

About The Opportunity

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our Clayfield team on a Full Time basis. This role will also require you to work at our Toowong clinic.

As a Receptionist, You Will

• Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
• Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
• Operate our booking system efficiently.
• Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.

About You

In addition to your passion for excellent customer service and organisational skills, you will bring:

• Flexibility in working days and hours.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient care.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks while maintaining timely service.
• Adaptability to various databases and systems.
• Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
