Job summary

Hello Hello Plants is seeking a friendly, reliable Reception & Customer Support team member in Campbellfield. You’ll handle calls and emails, provide order/delivery updates, and connect customers to the right departments, keeping records organized. Plant knowledge is a big plus and a can-do attitude is essential.

Work five days a week, 9 am–5 pm, including Saturdays, in a family-run, plant-loving environment where you can grow your horticultural knowledge.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and phone skills with a friendly, clear manner.
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving ability.
• Good computer and email skills (Google Workspace and Google sheets).
• Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, reception, or admin preferred.
• Plant knowledge or nursery background is a big plus.
• Reliable, organised, and positive with a “can-do” attitude.
• Must be able to work 5 days a week from 9 am to 5 pm including Saturday's.

At Hello Hello Plants, we do things a little differently. With our large Campbellfield nursery and nationwide network of growers, we offer customers more than 4,000 plant varieties at great prices, and we’re growing!

Our customers connect with us in-store, over the phone and online, while our delivery team sends thousands of plants across Victoria every week.

We’re now looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused person to join our Reception & Customer Support Team.
