Job summary

Hello Hello Plants in Campbellfield, VIC is seeking two Nursery Customer Service team members to support customers in store, over the phone and online with plant advice, sales and order assistance.

Successful candidates will have at least 1 year in nursery customer service, strong plant knowledge, excellent phone manners and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Weekend availability is required with casual pay rates based on experience.

No-one does nursery like Hello Hello Plants. Our huge yard in Campbellfield along with the best grower network in Australia offers customers over 4,000 plant varieties at great prices. We serve customers in store, over the phone as well as online and our delivery fleet transits thousands of plants around Victoria.

We are seeking 2 new members in our Nursery Customer Service team.

You would be involved in one of more of:

• Over-the-counter and phone sales, cash & till management
• Customer assistance & basic advice
• Quotations for commercial buyers
• Providing gardening & plant advice to customers
• Assisting with customer service
• Handling enquiries from customers regarding existing orders
• Assisting customers in resolving delays or issues with their existing orders
• Receiving and resolving customer disputes following the completion of their orders

What we need from you:

• Preference will be given to candidates with 1-year in Nursery Customer Service.
• Good plants knowledge and identification skills
• Excellent phone manner & rapport building skills
• Comfortable with a fast-paced & dynamic environment
• Maturity, resilience, patience, dedication & reliability
• Happy to be outside & get physical (carrying plants etc.)
• Candidates MUST have weekend availability (award rates are paid for weekend work), and preference will be for candidates who can work 5 days a week.

Successful candidates will be hired on a casual contract basis. Advertised pay rates will depend on the candidate's experience relevant to the role.
