About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Retail Sales Assistant to join our friendly team.
This hands-on role involves assisting customers, operating the point of sale, handling stock, and maintaining the presentation of our retail area and nursery.

You'll be working full-time, with rotating weekend shifts required as part of the roster.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and assist with product selection
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently

About You

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Plant knowledge or an interest in gardening highly regarded (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Comfortable with manual handling and working on your feet
• Friendly, reliable, and a genuine team player

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
We are open to hiring two part-time staff or even one full-time and one part-time for the RIGHT people.

We will be hiring QUICKLY, ideally looking for someone who can start before the end of October.
