Job summary

The Stage II Group is a national clothing wholesaler with brands such as Elm, All About Eve and St Goliath. We are seeking a bright and passionate Administrative Support professional to join our head office team in Geelong.

The role covers reception, customer service, data entry and sales support, with a 6-month contract and potential to move to a permanent role. You will be friendly, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administration.
• Advanced Excel skills and data entry expertise.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and order processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Reception duties including calls, mail, parcels, and greeting visitors.
• Provide professional customer service to clients.
• Assist Customer Service with daily administration.
• Process inquiries and requests accurately and efficiently.
• Data entry and maintenance of customer/order records.
• Support with filing, documentation and general office admin.
• Assist with ad hoc duties across the department.
