Stage II Group is a growing Australian fashion and lifestyle business with over 90 retail stores and wholesale offices across Australia and NZ. We seek a detail‑oriented bookkeeper to manage daily reconciliations and store banking queries, collaborating with store managers and internal teams. Police check required before starting. Part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Desirable bookkeeping qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and store banking.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily bank reconciliations.
• Liaise with Retail Store Managers/Casual staff regarding daily banking.
• Assist stores with banking/transactional queries.
• Liaise with bank for new store setups and transactional queries.
• Liaise with external stakeholders and internal departments.
• Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Contribution to a friendly professional team and cross-functional skill development.
• Assist the Finance team as required.

• Bookkeeper/Finance Certificate III - Desirable
• Prior Experience - Desirable

Tasks and responsibilities

• Daily bank reconciliations
• Liaise with Retail Store Managers/Casual staff in relation to daily banking.
• Assist stores with banking/transactional queries
• Liaise with bank with new store setups and transactional queries.
• Liaise with other external stakeholders and internal departments
• Excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
