Job summary

Bold Trailer And Caravan Repair Centre in Miranda is seeking a reception and administration team member to join the busy front desk. You will engage with customers face-to-face and over the phone, handling data entry, diary management and general admin while representing the brand professionally.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly organised, with excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude. This full-time role includes weekends shift on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient with Email, MS Word and Excel; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, in person and via electronic services.
• Accurate data entry, diary management, general admin, filing and emails.
• Assist with inventory and stock control.
• Support sales, marketing and accounts activities.
• Handle deliveries and communications with suppliers.
• Demonstrate multitasking and prioritisation skills.
• Contribute to store sales performance and customer relationships.
