Bold Trailer And Caravan Repair Centre in Miranda, NSW, is seeking a skilled Mechanic/Caravan Repair Technician. You will diagnose, repair and modify caravans and trailers, from servicing to insurance repairs, working with a multi-trade team in a busy workshop.

The role suits hands-on tradespeople who enjoy variety, attention to detail, and ongoing upskilling across mechanical, auto electrical, body work and fabrication. Great career progression and training are available.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Motor Mechanic/Automotive Underbody Technician Trade Licence.
• Have a genuine passion for the automotive or recreational vehicle industry and a willingness to learn.
• Have a down-to-earth personality.
• Hold a current automatic or manual driver’s license.
• Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Have unrestricted work rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs according to manufacturers requirements.
• Test and replace components.
• Diagnose and repair faults.
• Maintain and repair braking systems.
• Our workshop’s daily processes use up-to-date technology to provide the highest level of communication between the workshop and the front of the house.
• Carry out structural, panel, cabinetry and chassis repairs
• Complete custom modifications
• Work with the workshop manager to keep jobs on schedule and on budget
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised workshop and uphold WHS standards
