Qualifications

• Ability to work shift work.
• Experience scheduling and/or Operations Controller in a complex environment.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bus and employee movements for scheduled services.
• Schedule in line with HVNL and WHS regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance with workshop personnel.
• Allocate fleet to meet client expectations.
• Ensure fleet availability at each depot.
• Maintain accurate driver work instructions and rosters.
• Provide cover for unexpected events like breakdowns or weather.
• Advise managers to minimise service disruptions.
• Record occurrences for reporting and analysis.
