Job summary

Kinetic in Murwillumbah is seeking casual relief drivers to join Australasia’s largest bus operator. You’ll bring energy, a customer‑first approach and a willingness to obtain a NSW Driving Authorisation.

Training and development are provided to support safe driving and high standards in service delivery. As part of our team you’ll contribute to customer service, ticket sales and a range of services including routes and events.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented, able to interact with the public.
• Must hold MR Driver's License.
• Must obtain NSW Driving Authorisation.
• Able to pass pre-employment medical and history check.

Responsibilities

We’re searching for new drivers to be the face of Kinetic. Help us take people where they need to go and join Australasia’s largest and fastest-growing bus operator.

If you’ve got previous experience operating buses or heavy vehicles, all you need to bring is your smile, energy, passion and commitment to creating awesome experiences for our customers, communities, and teammates.

The Opportunity

We are looking for highly motivated people who enjoy interacting with the public and have a genuine passion for providing great customer service.

• Casual Relief Driver
• Great pay rates from $43.80 (base) per hour
• Working out of our Murwillumbah Depot

You will be trained to achieve high standards in all parts of your work including safe driving practices. A 12‑month training program to gain a nationally recognised qualification (Certificate III in Driving Operations - Bus)

With a strong focus on customer service and providing a safe journey for our passengers, our bus drivers are fully trained to play a vital part in all facets of customer service, ticket sales and a range of bus services including general routes, charters and special events driving.

• Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with the public
• A minimum of an MR Driver's License
• Willingness to obtain a NSW Driving Authorisation.

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual
