Qualifications

• Real Estate NSW certificate or licence, or willingness to study to obtain it.
• Current driver's licence.
• Confidence liaising with all parties in the property management and sales process.
• Ability to prioritise work and meet multiple deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, providing support to other members of the team.
• Efficient and accurate data entry skills.

Responsabilités

• Liaising with landlords and tenants.
• Attending to routine and emergency property maintenance as required.
• Assisting tenants to secure their new rental property.
• Organising new and vacating tenancies.
• Compliance checks.
• Data entry and maintenance of the property management software systems.
• Sales and Rental property inspections and data support as required.
• Assist with the listing and marketing of Sales and Rental properties.
