Job summary

Gough Recruitment in Sydney's Surry Hills is seeking a motivated Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Consultant to join a premier real estate business. You will be involved in open homes, rental applications, inspections, and helping landlords and tenants with a high level of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management is preferred.
• Current Certificate of Registration required, with a Class 2 Licence preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct open homes and property inspections.
• Process rental applications and tenant reference checks.
• Coordinate ingoing and routine inspections.
• Monitor and manage the property management inbox.
• Assist Property Managers with day-to-day portfolio management.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and prospective renters.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service.
