Job summary

Brighten Institute Australia in Sydney CBD seeks a proactive Sales, Marketing & Student Support Officer to promote Real Estate courses, engage with real estate agencies, and drive student enrolments while delivering top-tier student support and efficient administration.

You will combine external outreach with day-to-day RTO administration, working both independently and with a small team to grow enrolments and support learners throughout their training journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, customer service or similar roles.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confident in approaching real estate agencies and businesses to promote training courses.

Responsibilities

• Visit real estate agencies and promote Brighten's Real Estate training courses and CPD programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with agencies and clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to increase enrolments.
• Follow up prospective students and enquiries by phone, email or in person.
• Support sales targets and student recruitment activities.
• Coordinate enrolments and maintain accurate student records.
