Job summary

Pearce Talent in Brisbane's inner north is seeking driven salespeople who want to move into real estate. You’ll begin as a sales coordinator, learning every part of a successful real estate sales business from the inside and progressing toward a sales agent role.

You’ll manage databases, generate leads, coordinate campaigns and open homes, attend listings and appointments, support negotiations, and build local relationships in a growing team ready to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• A proven sales track record in any industry.
• Confident, professional and well presented.
• Competitive, resilient and motivated by results.
• A great communicator who builds relationships easily.
• Organised and able to juggle priorities.
• Coachable, with a genuine drive to build a career in real estate.
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Real Estate Registration Certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
