Qualifications

• Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
• Minimum 2 years' residential sales experience in an Associate capacity or above.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Immaculate presentation and a professional approach.
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture prospective buyers and sellers alongside the lead agent.
• Assist with property appraisals, inspections, client meetings and negotiations.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients.
• Keep across local market activity, property values and opportunities.
• Assist with listing presentations, marketing campaigns and property launches.
• Coordinate open homes, private inspections and client events.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from enquiry to settlement.
