Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking a driven Junior/Sales & Leasing Executive to join their Brisbane team. You will work alongside experienced agents gain hands-on exposure to prospecting, business development, property inspections, negotiations and commercial property transactions.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in residential real estate, sales or business development looking to move into commercial property, with a Queensland real estate registration or licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Interest in commercial real estate and property investment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, confidence with clients.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach to prospecting and business development.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and generating new sales and leasing opportunities.
• Building relationships with landlords, investors, buyers and tenants.
• Assisting with property appraisals, listing presentations and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinating property inspections and following up prospective clients.
• Supporting sales and leasing negotiations through to completion.
• Researching market activity, rental rates and comparable sales.
• Maintaining client relationships and developing your own network.
