Job summary

Dexus is seeking a Fund Product Development Manager to lead the creation of new funds, mandates and joint ventures in real assets. You will manage end-to-end product design, investor marketing, deal structuring and due diligence, coordinating internal and external teams to drive successful outcomes.

The role demands 3–5 years in financial advisory, investment management or private equity with real estate experience, plus strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in financial advisory, investment management or private equity with real estate exposure.
• Experience leading end-to-end fund/product initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fund/product development from concept to deal execution.
• Coordinate internal teams (legal, tax, finance, distribution) and external partners.
• Prepare investor materials, term sheets and board papers for approval and execution.
