At least 7 years in real estate funds management, property investment or institutional capital markets.
Experience across fund or portfolio management with unlisted property funds.
Strong finance, valuation and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day management of the flagship fund, including acquisition assessment and portfolio construction.
Prepare fund-level papers, recommendations and business cases for the Investment Committee.
Oversee the valuation program and coordinate internal teams and external valuers.
Lead investor reporting and communications across all vehicles.
Build and improve funds management systems, processes and reporting frameworks.
Collaborate with Head of Capital, Head of Asset Management and the analyst team.
