The Opportunity

As a Fund Operations Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a premium client experience and providing efficient operational support across our Unlisted Funds Management platform. You’ll partner closely with Funds Management and Investor Relations teams, acting as a focal point for client servicing and operational functions.

In this role you’ll liaise with investors, custodians, consultants, and outsourced registry services to coordinate investor requests, queries, and reporting. Working alongside Senior Fund Operations Managers, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and ensure timely, accurate reporting.

You Will Make An Impact By
  • Collaborating with Senior Fund Operations Managers, Investor Relations, and key stakeholders to deliver high‑impact performance and a premium client experience.
  • Providing oversight and guidance across Fund Operations, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Acting as a final reviewer and approver for critical investor documentation, including statements, offers, and compliance requests.
  • Leading and coordinating key processes and projects, from client onboarding and AML/KYC compliance to fund setups, reporting, and process improvements.
About You

We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering service excellence. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related Business/Commerce field.
  • 5–7 years experience in fund operations within funds management, financial services, or real assets; familiarity with registry/adviser platforms and strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
  • High attention to detail, strong time management, and a problem‑solving mindset; adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
  • Proven ability to maintain discretion with sensitive information and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
