Job summary

ISS Facility Services Australia and New Zealand is seeking Hands-on Facility Coordinators to support the Facility Manager across our key manufacturing sites in Australia. You will provide on-site support to help ensure the facility remains safe, compliant, clean, operational, and fit for purpose.

The role handles reactive maintenance, minor repairs within demonstrated competency, assists with contractor coordination, and supports planned preventative maintenance, with a focus on timely work

Qualifications

• The Hands-on Facility Coordinator supports the Facility Manager in day-to-day delivery of facilities management services.
• Provides on-site support to keep facilities safe, compliant, clean, and operational.

Responsibilities

• Complete inductions, permits, risk assessments and pre-start checks.
• Respond to routine service requests and manage issues to resolution or escalation.
• Conduct routine site inspections and record defects, risks and corrective actions.
• Act as first point of response for reactive maintenance tickets and minor incidents.
• Triages issues and escalates by priority and risk.
• Assist with scheduling and follow-up of planned preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate access for approved service providers and supply site information.
• Support customers and stakeholders.
