Job summary

EPHealthcare is seeking an experienced Hospital Specialist Representative or KAM to lead sales across NSW North. You will manage a targeted group of specialists and MDTs, driving promotion of market-leading products in rare diseases, respiratory, and rheumatology, with accountability for NSW North performance.

You will engage with hospital accounts, navigate public and private systems, and build strong KOL relationships while delivering high-quality customer service and implementing hospital

Qualifications

• Hospital Specialist Representative or KAM with pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Proven track record of success and stable tenure.
• Experience in highly specialised markets; respiratory or rheumatology experience is a plus.
• Demonstrates high integrity and accountability; focused on team success.
• Strong commercial acumen with territory management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply complex clinical, product and disease-state knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Attain sales targets for market-leading products in rare diseases across NSW North.
• Promote products and manage KOLs through targeted promotional activities.
• Collaborate with a national team and hospital MDTs to drive account plans.
• Navigate public and private hospital systems and influence key decision makers.
• Develop and execute hospital account plans across multiple disciplines.
• Build and maintain relationships delivering excellent customer service to public and private sectors.
