Job summary

Evans Petersen Healthcare in Sydney Hills District NSW seeks a highly capable Key Account Manager to drive a rare diseases portfolio across NSW North. You will engage with hospital stakeholders, map patient pathways, and collaborate with MDTs in both public and private settings.

The role requires 3+ years in pharmaceutical KAM, proven hospital account planning, and launch experience in specialty care, with strong commercial acumen and territory management skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in a pharmaceutical Key Account Manager role.
• Proven success creating strategic hospital account plans in complex disease areas.
• Launch experience within specialty care.
• Strong commercial acumen and territory management skills.
• Ability to learn and apply complex clinical, product and disease-state knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Full-time, permanent position covering NSW North.
• Rare diseases portfolio across respiratory and rheumatology.
• Leverage hospital key account experience to build and execute account plans, map patient pathways, and influence the hospital ecosystem.
• Join a small, high-performing national team while owning the NSW North territory.
• Partner with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, identifying and influencing key stakeholders across the hospital landscape.
• Build and strengthen customer partnerships while delivering support across public and private healthcare settings.
