Architectus in Sydney is seeking a senior Project Lead to shape the future of rail and transport infrastructure. You’ll lead complex projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive design and delivery excellence within a national studio network.

Based in our Sydney Studio, you’ll manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to a culture of design excellence. Rail experience is highly desirable, with flexibility in a hybrid work model.

Formación

• Experience leading large, complex transport or infrastructure projects.
• Delivery from design development through documentation and delivery.
• Strong coordination of multidisciplinary teams, budgets and schedules.
• Eligibility for APE registration.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day project activities to ensure alignment with AMS requirements, design philosophy and project plans.
• Manage client and consultant relationships, contracts, invoices and communications.
• Prepare project plans, resource schedules, drawing registers and quality outputs.
• Review architectural documentation across all project stages to an advanced standard.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting quality, milestones or finances; escalate when needed.
• Apply architectural knowledge to recommend technical solutions and improvements.
• Build relationships with clients and external contacts and identify new opportunities.
• Coach junior staff and contribute to studio culture and staff engagement.
