Job summary

Genton in Sydney is seeking an experienced Architect to join the team, bringing strong rail project experience and a well-rounded background across design, documentation and project delivery. This role covers the full lifecycle from concept design and town planning through to documentation, contract administration and on-site delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Architecture (or equivalent) with post-qualification experience; Registered Architect is preferred but not essential, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture (or equivalent 5-year degree) and post-qualification experience.
• Registered Architect preferred but not essential.
• Strong rail project experience across design, documentation and delivery.
• Proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of AutoCAD and CAD/visualisation tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery from concept design to on-site delivery.
• Supervise quality control, production and management of resources.
• Lead engagement with councils, government bodies and consultants.
• Provide accurate feedback to manage time and client expectations.
