Zusammenfassung

ACCIONA is a global company delivering regenerative infrastructure and is working on the The Wave project on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. The Site Engineer will report to the Project Engineer & Senior Project Engineer and deliver an assigned area of works with a hands-on approach.

You will plan short-term programs, track costs against targets, maintain quality and safety, work with subcontractors, the client and local authorities, and help negotiate subcontract and supply agreements.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree, diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Valid C class driver licence.
• Valid Construction Safety Awareness Card.
• Desirable: experience in a construction or engineering setting.
• Desirable: Certificate IV in Project Management or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Plan short-term programs and resources for an assigned area of the works.
• Monitor project costs and productivity to protect margins and meet reporting deadlines.
• Support contract delivery and help negotiate subcontract and supply agreements.
• Lead by example on safety and help prepare Safe Work Method Statements.
• Prepare inspection test reports and close out non-conformances and defects.
• Build strong relationships with the client, subcontractors and local government authorities.
