Job summary

John Holland Pty Ltd is seeking a Pre-Contracts Analyst to support tendering and delivery of major Australian rail and transport infrastructure projects. You will maintain pre-contracts data, run dashboards and forecasts, and support governance across the bid lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have experience in construction or rail environments, strong Excel and data reporting skills, and the ability to turn data into strategic insights for decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Support tenders, opportunities and bid activities with analysis and reporting.
• Maintain pre-contracts systems, databases and pipelines.
• Produce tender reports, dashboards and forecasts for leaders.
• Support governance and compliance requirements throughout the bid process.
• Analyse market and pipeline data to identify trends.
• Collaborate with Bid Managers, Estimators and Commercial teams.
