Job summary
John Holland Pty Ltd in Western Australia is seeking a Senior Estimating Manager to lead the estimating function across major infrastructure, rail and building opportunities in WA, driving competitive, commercially robust tender submissions.
You will provide strategic leadership in estimating, cost planning and bid development, partner with business leaders and clients, and build capability while fostering high‑performing teams to support sustainable growth in the region.
Qualifications
- Extensive leadership experience in estimating and project delivery on major infrastructure projects.
- Strong commercial, contractual and financial management expertise including cost planning.
- Experience building client and stakeholder relationships across delivery models.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Project Management highly regarded.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end tendering and estimating process for major projects.
- Develop and manage project cost plans, budgets and tender reporting.
- Build relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Oversee commercial activities, subcontractor negotiations and tender clarifications.
- Provide governance across estimating and cost planning functions.
