Randstad is representing a client in the transit rail sector seeking a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative. The role blends technical research, data analysis, and strict compliance, with ERP and CRM system use.

Based in Sydney with hybrid work options and a 3-month temp-to-perm path, you will manage two separate ABNs and ensure data separation between units. You will navigate ERP systems, handle multiple mailboxes, and maintain organised SharePoint filing and quotes while

Qualificações

• Highly organised and incredibly detail oriented with strong systems skills.
• Able to navigate an ERP system while monitoring three mailboxes.
• Comfortable entering data in spreadsheets and using basic formulas.
• SharePoint and CRM experience will give you a head start.
• Excellent attention to detail and process adherence.

Responsabilidades

• Switch context between two business units while keeping data and pricing separate.
• Proactively research and identify technical rail parts to build accurate quotes.
• Maintain strict document control and archiving in SharePoint to meet compliance.
