Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service or similar role in technical, trade, industrial, or product‑based environments.
• Confident communicator who is clear, friendly and professional.
• Strong problem‑solving ability with a calm, empathic approach.
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for enquiries, product details, pricing, and order updates while delivering a positive experience.
• Own the order journey end to end, processing orders accurately in the ERP system.
• Coordinate follow‑ups and provide regular written order status updates to customers.
• Resolve concerns and handle complaints with care, escalating when needed.
• Support day‑to‑day admin tasks, credits, returns, and record‑keeping.
