Arc Infrastructure delivers planning support for Works Delivery at the Perth Airport Head Office. The Maintenance Planner schedules outages, coordinates access, and aligns major servicing with planned network outages to minimise disruption.

The ideal candidate has budgeting and cost variance experience, strong organisational skills, and comfort with multiple software packages. Teamwork, self-motivation, and meeting deadlines are essential.

• Experience with budgeting and analysing cost variances.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule planned outages for preventative and reactive tasks.
• Be the key contact between Works Delivery and Network Operations to ensure access.
• Align major servicing with other planned outages.
• Champion continuous improvement to planning systems and processes.
• Assist in monitoring and analysing planned work vs completed work.
• Identify equipment and resourcing conflicts across Works Delivery.
• Identify issues in planning processes and system integration.
• Schedule meetings with stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities.
• Undertake reporting and analysis including month-end, forecasts and budgets.
• Support other Planners through workload sharing and leave coverage.
