Job summary

UGL Regional Linx is seeking a Principal Rail Corridor Access Engineer to provide technical leadership across corridor access activities within the CRN network. You will lead a team of specialists, collaborate with engineers, planners, and government bodies, and guide decisions to ensure safe, sustainable outcomes.

The role requires a tertiary engineering qualification, strong technical assessment skills, and experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Civil preferred).
• Strong technical and engineering assessment skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and liaise with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support corridor access engineering activities.
• Review proposals against CRN standards and asset management principles.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary assessments with track, civil, signalling, telecommunications, geotechnical, maintenance and operational teams.
• Mentor team members and champion continuous improvement.
