Job summary

CPB Contractors is delivering a major rail infrastructure project in South East Queensland. The Contract Administrator will manage the commercial administration of key rail and station packages, including claims, variations and EOTs, on site in the Logan region.

You’ll work with Contracts Managers and delivery teams to support project objectives and ensure timely commercial outcomes. Key responsibilities include administering subcontractor packages, handling variations and payment claims,

Qualifications

• Experience as a Contract Administrator on major infrastructure, rail, transport, civil or building projects.
• Strong procurement, subcontract management and commercial risk capability.
• Ability to independently draft and issue contractual letters, notices and demands.

Responsibilities

• Administer multiple subcontractor and supplier packages throughout project delivery.
• Manage variations, delays, Extension of Time claims and contractual entitlements.
• Review and assess subcontractor payment claims.
• Prepare and issue contractual notices, demand letters and commercial correspondence.
• Support subcontract negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and contractual compliance.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Work closely with delivery and commercial teams to support project objectives.
