ACCIONA is seeking a Contract Administrator for a major rail infrastructure project between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. You will manage cost administration, variations, and subcontractor relationships to support delivery and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in contracts administration, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
• Ability to build relationships with subcontractors in challenging environments.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and prioritisation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer subcontracts through all project phases (scope, management, variations, close out).
• Maintain records of contract correspondence, variations and claims.
• Prepare progress claims and invoices per contract terms.
• Assist in resolving contractual disputes and claims.
• Monitor subcontractor performance for compliance with terms.
• Maintain contract register and schedule deliverables.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
